Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Are returns free?
Return shipping is complimentary for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, a small return shipping fee may apply.

Product Care

How should I wash my Silonna bedding?
We recommend machine washing on cold with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or line dry for the softest, longest-lasting results.

Will my bedding shrink or fade?
Our fabrics are pre-washed and woven for lasting softness and color stability. A small amount of natural shrinkage may occur after the first wash, which allows the fabric to settle into its final, perfect fit.
